Rumundaka is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer at ZKJ
Rumundaka has over 30 years of experience in infrastructure, energy markets, and power development. He was the inaugural Managing Director and CEO of the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Plc (NBET), Where he played a critical and effective role in implementing and trading commercial frameworks for Nigeria’s Transitional Electricity Market. Rumundaka led the Regulatory & Transactions team of the Presidential Task Group with the power origination team.
Prior, he was a Director at Baltimore-based Constellation Energy Commodities Group with the power origination team. At Constellation, he ran transactions in the different North American gas and power markets.
He was a J. Olin Research Fellow on North America’s power and gas markets at Yale University
Rumundaka holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Yale University School of Management.

Ebere is an Associate Director in Origination & Advisory at ZKJ
Ebere’s experience spans across energy economics, project development, project finance and commercial advisory on energy and power transactions (green and brown fields PPP projects exceeding 4GW in capacity and $3billion in deal size), contracts and project management of oil and gas production services, and power systems planning and design for grid expansion.
Ebere holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Power Systems) from the Federal University of Technology, Imo State, a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Port Harcourt Rivers State, and an Master’s in Energy, Trade and Finance at Bayes Business School, City University of London. She is a Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
Chukwudi is a Senior Associate in Origination & Advisory at ZKJ
Chukwudi’s experience spans project development for electric power plants and substations, its operation and maintenance, energy systems expansion planning/modelling and commercial activities in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
Chukwudi holds a Master’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth, England, and is a PhD candidate in Energy Economics at the Emerald Energy Institute – University of Port Harcourt. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP), and a member of both the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigerian (COREN).

Senior Manager Human Resources & Admin
Rosevelt leads Human Resource and Admin (HRA) and Finance at ZKJ.
Rosevelt’s manages Human Resource and Administration at ZKJ, prior to that Rosevelt had worked as an Assistant Finance Officer. Rosevelt’s experience
spans across operations, corporate finance, employee engagement, monitoring and managing account system.
Rosevelt holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Delta State University.
Otuto is an Associate Project manager in the Origination & Advisory at ZKJ.
Otuto has assisted in the development of commercial and feasibility studies for the establishment of a large-scale fertilizer production plant, managed the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and pre-feasibility study for IPP projects. Assisted in the organization and implementation of capacity building training.
Otuto holds a First-class Bachelor’s in Industrial Physics from Covenant University and an Master’s in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Cranfield, UK.

Chuka is an Information Technology Associate at ZKJ.
Chuka’s experience covers Web development and design, ERP business solutions, technical support, monitoring of middleware solutions, and field service support for Internet service provision,
Chuka holds a Bachelor’s in Information and Communication Engineering from Covenant University, and a Masters in Engineering Management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
Sarah is a Regulatory Associate at ZKJ
Sarah is a qualified lawyer with experience in legal research and corporate commercial law practice. Her experience spans legal advisory, corporate commercial practice, contract management, regulatory compliance, and due diligence evaluations for project financing agreements and transactions to determine legal compliance and risk prior to financing and investment.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Igbinedion Okada. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ICAMA).
